Hey,
I put my fave recipe up back in June for Twice Cooked chicken. It’s definitely good…and one of those things that you can tweak to be spicier or less spicy. (I love the spicy food.)

Otherwise, I am a huge fan of http://www.epicurious.com. I realize it’s not a blog, but there are some amazing recipes on that one too.

I don’t post to it often enough, though.

here I am going to move it to my own website soon, though.

If I’m making something myself, it has to be my own version of Thai green curry - I make the sauce practically from scratch with the chicken marinading overnight in a chilli/shallot/herb/soy and nam pla mix. Liberal coconut milk mixing later and its usually really tasty. I’ll have to remember and write it up properly and post it at some point. If you want a copy, I can email it you when its all written up.

I’m with the epicurious vote too - its a great site.

I agree with some others that said http://www.allrecipes.com I like it because they rate the recipes and if someone has done something that’s made it even better, they usually post it in the comments. I have made tons of stuff from there, and it’s usually delilcious.

I really like Accidental Hedonist, Chocolate & Zucchini, Picturing Food. Epicurious and Food Network are good sources for recipe searches.

Oh Paige, I forgot another really amazing recipe. I have gotten raves from this one from epicurious (again, sorry) several times. It’s the best pork I’ve ever made.
