Lunch - 15 Minutes
Don’t hate me because I can do this in less time than it takes Rachael Ray to emphatically wave her arms about and impose her I’m a Grown Up Child language (”Yummo!”) on you between drops of EVOO (that’s extra virgin olive oil) or sprinkles of S&P (that’s salt & pepper!).

This is just a pan-seared skirt steak, rice and red beans, a tomato, half an avocado and some cheese. Oh, and sour cream on top. And this is just how I ate it, only after I took the photos I added about a 1/4 cup more sour cream. No, seriously. I’d accept an on going sour cream blood transfusion if it meant I could feel the sour cream pulsating rapidly through my veins. I’d cut myself just watch the sour creamy goodness ooze from my flesh.
I also like avocado.
