Westerberg Poised Precariously Atop Slippery Slope

In a bold, mainstream-pointed move not seen since the Singles soundtrack, Paul Westerberg has composed the score and original gut-wrenching friendship songs for Open Season, Sony Pictures’ new animated, big-budget film.
No word from Phil Collins, Elton John or Bryan Adams on retaliatory ventures in children’s entertainment which is also marketed towards parents.
