September Rock N Romp Mix Tape

I think it might be a nice idea to make mixes out of the CDs I burn for Romps here in Austin. As bands are setting up, kids are filing in, and during breaks, I force the sound guy to play whatever music I’ve brought, and this month I had a special CD just for the Romp: I actually tried really hard to put songs together that the kids would like. I also tried to vary the styles, and put some things out there that might inspire the kids to pick up an instrument or at the very least, be interested enough to dance. I posted it over at Rock N Romp, but I wanted to share it here too, for those of you who don’t live here and probably won’t see it, but might have kids that would enjoy their very own mix tape. Download, enjoy, play it for your kids, and tell them I love them. The cover art is from the flyer that Aaron made for the show, just cropped a little - don’t kill me.
