Flux=Rad’s Wreckroom Mixtape
Hi y’all, I made you a new mixtape. This one is pretty much a collection of albums I’ve started to dive into recently, most songs are from 2007, and they are all pretty much great. I am especially excited about all the new Final Fantasy stuff trickling out, as well as local faves Zykos and White Denim. The new Sea & Cake song is, well, Sea & Cake, but its pretty cinematic. Best of Seth is Seth Olinksky (Akron/Family), and “Lord Open My Heart” is one of my favorite tracks off the album … fans of “Mic Check” will be pleased. Lucky Soul is the kind of band I hate, but I have to admit the song is totally stuck in my head for the foreseeable future, and The Antlers are also impressing me at the moment. The entire mix is pretty fun, check it out — especially if you’re having trouble (and who wouldn’t?) keeping up with all the new crap out lately.
