As much email and regular mail as I get, I’m floored when there’s a local band I haven’t at least heard of. My Milky Way Arms are one of those groups. I found an email from Adam this morning and was drawn to the band right away after listening to “Helicopter” on their MySpace. Here’s a couple more tracks – do check them out. It’s like a prepubescent Animal Collective (think Feels) mixed with some wonderful more electro-pop tones.
