I actually re-read this recently and sort of agree with it. Pitchfork reviews are, of course, overly wordy and written by grandious English Majors but they make a fine point – Travis Morrison fell so far from Dismemberment Plan to that album that it was just a crushing release. The 0.0 was really just making a dramatic point but I can’t disagree.. that album is far more annoying and disappointing than it is enjoyable.
